This company is a service that askes for family participation in personnel social envolvment. Most Sales Representatives were college students that needed work in spare momments such as a second source of making thier income.

When I was in this work system I paid for my own tuition and needed a job to make money. They never asked or gave attention to what I needed to complete the job and get it complete. Under the circumstance the ordeal of sealing the product would give harm to individuals and still being able to make the living of todays world. Crisis occur and the manager of the named Micheal Hanson who was the Lead of operations, never gave intended instructions to a holiday weekend seminar that asked to participate in proposing a sale for the products. Sent consent to never say no and propose a sale was his seminar issues. They promised me an hourly rate and it was a bad referrel to me becuase I never had nobody discriminate me for a job that I do.

Work is something that is being done in a learning process and a manager is someone that consents the way a person should work in environmental places. He never paid to what he promised and never gave instructions on what to do. He only asked questions and gave a specific instructions on sales. I did twenty-six meetings and only received commission on products sales to family members.
