veerotech and owner brent hartzell jr. suspended my website because of a one sentence constructive criticism Raleigh North Carolina

while embarking on an SEO campaign, the seo company took my new website and re-hosted it under their name with Veerotech without asking me.  after parting ways with the SEO company and working to regain control over my website I provided a one sentence comment to the contact us portion of their site over something I saw as not only unprofessional but inconsiderate and really lacking insight....and you could probably throw in lazy also.  after having the new SEO company set things up for auto billing against my CC - I received an invoice asking for payment.  I responded exactly as follows.

"  If you would be so kind however,  It is nothing short of monumentally inconsiderate to send such an email when you have a CC on file.  As an executive I just lost more than 30 minutes of my day sorting through this when I should not have to.  That means by rights, I should be able to invoice verotech about $250.00 for my lost time due to a totally unnecessary and inconsiderate email.  Pass it on please. 

 apparently Brent cannot take constructive criticism and cancelled my service and suspended my website.....only thing was, after telling me I had 30 days, he did it immediately.  I lost thousands in wasted $ due to reversal of some of my SEO company's efforts.  nothing could be more unprofessional or small.  it will be costly for him as I fully intend to pursue litigation.  guess I shoulda given him a "trigger warning" first so he could hide in his "safe space".  He will be schooled.
