Michael Yepko is all talk.  We have spent more time and effort trying to track him down and the money he owes and promises to us than we spend on our non-paying tenants that the was so quick to criticize as dirtbags or "these kind of people".  Michael is just like many of the other self serving scam artists in Las Vegas.  Steer clear of him and steer clear of Las Vegas all you can.  In our experience you need to do a full background check and internet search on EVERYONE you hire or even moderately trust with your money or property in Las Vegas and probably anywhere.  If he thinks we will let it go he is sorely mistaken.  I have had it with people like him who make empty promises and excuse after excuse.
