BUYER BEWARE : BUYER BEWARE I really wanted to give this a place a fair shot. After all of the reviews and awful experiences listed I knew that sometimes it can a fluke or misunderstanding...all I can say I should have listened. Currently an awful experience... The lack of communication to get a tour has been a joke. I contacted the website on July 12 2015 about setting up a tour, their rep RJ contacted me back and gave me the information and an invoice from paypal. I paid it and I tried numerous times to confirm and no answer. It wasn't until I called the main office (702) 330-5506 to try and figure out what the hell was going on with my tour. The person that set us up for the tour no longer works for the company, how convenient after he took my money and information. They made it seem like no big deal that the guy doesn't work there and that I never got a confirmation or even a clue as to what the tour entailed. Maybe it is my fault that I assumed that the rep from their company contacted me that he knew what he was doing. Maybe it is my fault I didn't follow up with the main office to make sure their rep was doing his job. Maybe it is my fault that I wanted to give this awful place a fair shot. My god I'm sorry!!!! At this point I want a refund this place is a joke. The so called manager is never available and I'm still unsure if the office gave me his correct name mark Han, since there was a lot of hesitation when I asked for it. I have been in the process of trying to get a refund and of course they are giving me the run around trying to say I didn't cancel in time and to cancel we will only I give you %50 back. Technically I cancelled 92 hours in advance and even their website states " Cancellation between now and 72 hours prior to departure date: 20% rebooking fee. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount" I was never even given the option of a %20 rebooking fee. I feel that since this was such an awful transaction and they are being so rude I should get the full refund and they terms should have just been waived I try and speak with the manager and of course he only processes refunds on Monday. This went down on aug 17th 2015 and was the last time I actually spoke with a person. They have since then ignored my phone calls and emails. I have reached out on social media and they just blocked me. I currently reached out to groupon and they are having no luck getting in contact with them( this was not a groupon transaction, but they have a deal set up with them). I feel that what they are doing to me is unfair and rude. I have no idea how anyone could have a good experience with this place. This company/business whatever they deserve to be called is completely dishonest, shady and out to SCAM you. Don't let this happen to you,
