vegas world failed to respond to complaints,promised refund and did not do so Internet
Being as you pay for membership and gems in this freemium game one would assume there would be some recourse in the event a glitch in the system wipes out your coins,This is not the case. Upon requesting assistance I was rudely informed that the loss of coins was irreversible.Being as I had paid actual money for membership and gems I felt this was not fair and requested my membership be terminated.Another person sent me rude e-mails telling me my membership was permanently canceled and all purchases would be refunded.This was a lie nothing was refunded. I would not advise anyone to allow a disreputable website such as this acess to my bank account under any circumstances.
