This letter is to warn all consumers against doing business with a company called Vehicle Loan Mod whose website is located at www.vehicleloanmod.com.  I was recently having problems with my car payment because of being let go at work.  I looked online and everything I read said to call my lender and after doing so and being told that there was nothing they could do I looked at loan modification companies.  I had worked with a company to modify my home loan and gotten results so when I started to review the same type of companies for saving my car I thought maybe it would work too.

As soon as I started talking to this fraud named Richard Davis (who I now understand to be the owner of the company using a fake name) I should have knew this was too good to be true.  He told me that instead of making my car payment to my finance company I should send my payment to him instead.  I told him if I did that I would not have enough to send to my lender and he PROMISED it would not be necessary.  He GUARANTEED that he could get my payments for the month (and the next month) waived completely and sent me some documents that made all of these statements seem like they could be true.

Even though I was highly curious about what sounded to good to be true I felt like I had no choice and since he guaranteed the result I figured I had nothing to lose.  To make a long story short I sent him the money and waited and waited and waited and of course, he never once called me after getting my money.

I tried calling him at the number he gave me and at the number on the website and of course he never answered.  When thinking about all the times I did speak with him he was the only one who ever answered and after reading some of the information on the internet I realized why.  I found out that they guy lives with his mother and works out of her garage and is just some young punk who doesn't even have any agreement with my lender.

After seeing all of the complaints on the internet I called my lender to find out what he had done and they said not only did he never call them, even if he did they would have said to get lost and that no matter what he said they would not have talked to him.  I asked what about my car and they said that I was due 2 payments now and in order to not have it repossesed I needed to pay them all of the money plus late fees.  When I told them that I gave this thief my money they said I shouldn't have done it and told me pretty much that I was out of luck.  They did promise to give me a couple of weeks, but since I was not working and what little money I had I used to pay for my house or else lose it to foreclosure.

So I wasn't able to get the money and even though this guy guaranteed me that he could help me, I lost my car BECAUSE of him.  I probably would have lost it anyway but I could have kept it longer if he didn't scam me out of the only money I had to make one more payment.

To sum it up for any of you out there thinking of using this company, this guy will make you every promise you need to hear to get your money from you and the old saying that if it sounds to good to be true it usually is definitely works here.  After I found out all of the stuff I have I talked to a lawyer who is doing a big lawsuit against him and I am suing him to get my money, my car and my credit repaired.  I also found stuff online that says the owner of the company is named Nathan Nasfo and he uses an alias so nobody knows its really him.  Richard Davis IS Nathan Nasfo and I am telling all of you to stay away as much s possible or else you will lose your car and you will be in a worse situation than when you started.

You can get a free or a reduced cost lawyer.

Good luck!

Chances are he wouldn't have taken the case anyway unless he thought there was a good chance of WINNING!

Your getting scammed again

You must be a complete IDIOT, You got a Lawyer, How much is that costing you, your suing him for 2 car payments, whats that maybe $600-$800. What is the lawyer charging you.

1. You will not get your credit repaired, you had a contract with the lender and you admitted you never paid them the 2 months, you sent it to the mod compony, the lender then gave you extra time and you still failed to get current.

2. You will not get your car back as if you refer to #1 you did not pay the lender.
If you win in court against the (fake mod COMPANY) that does not repair your credit. The only
way you will get your credit restored is by the lein holder of your car to remove it from credit report
and since they repossed your car that is not going to happen.

3. So stop wasting your time with this "BIG LAWSUIT"  most of us call it small claims court.

4. Not only did you get screwed by some punk in his moms garage but you are getting screwed
by some dirt bag lawyer.

5. But if you still go forward with this let me know because I have a business I would like you to i
invest in, I want to sell ICE in the Antartic and need the start up cost.
