tl;dr: They will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable about the consignment selling process prior to making the sale, however once they have your money their "post-sale" service, support and communication completely disappears. They basically "ghost" you once they have your money as a seller. I can't imagine what the experience is like for the buyers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. They go by "fsbovehicles" on eBay. They also run multiple websites, so be wary. If a company approaches you for their services, be very vigilent and especially if their services cost several hundred dollars. Even after doing research, it may not be enough, but go with your gut (defensive) instincts. Should've checked this site first.

Their Terms of Service basically say no refunds no matter what happens.

I was contacted to see if I was interested in getting assistance with selling my car. At first I was a little hesitant but over time and a busier than usual schedule, I decide to use them. However, prior to that I was working with Katey and explained how they would assist me in selling my car by listing it on the Internet and on eBay and would market it accordingly. She explained that the seller (I) would have to pay $400+ for their services to cover their fees as well as eBay fees. She mentioned that they make a majority of their money from buyers who wanted/needed assistance with services after the sale such as shipping, financing, etc. Again, I was a little hesitant but she was in constant communication and made me feel comfortable after answering all my questions and concerns. I did a quick review of their eBay feedback and google reviews and felt they offered a service that would save me time. My, was I wrong.

However, once they had my money, I quickly realized a mistake. My car was listed on their website and eBay with multiple mistakes and I had to correct them multiple times. While my car was listed on eBay, I was contacted once towards the end of the auction for a quick update on their progress. Once my listing ended without a successful sale, the listing was immediately removed so i contacted them to see what the next steps or options were. After a week after reaching out, I was told they were contacting the highest bidders. Over a week later, no update. I never heard from them again. I soon realized I got scammed and ended up selling the car on my own without their assistance wasting time and money.
