Vehicle Service Dept. Mr. Niermeyer and JosephAutoAssure.LLC I called them because it said in the letter that my car warranty was expired and they told me that I could get an extension on warranty but would have to pay $199.05 for 18 months, I told them I couldn't afford that, then they gave me a discount for me to pay $124.20 the first month and $98.32 for the additional 24 months. I told them that would be $2484.00 for the whole package? I declined but they wouldn't listen. So after he hung up telling me first that I had 30 days to think it over and if I want to cancel then I would get my $124.20 back. But the envelope in which they sent the letter had no address on it. So I called my Credit Card company and told them the whole story, they told me they would send me another card and would investigate the company that charges me $124.20 Chicago Illinois

I got a letter in the mail. On the top of the letter it said: vehicle service deaprtment, vehicle document/alert notice, personal and confidential.  I called the number given on the bottom of letter 1-877-334-4872. Joseph was answering my call and told me that my warranty was expired but he could extend the warranty for the next 4 years for the amount of $199.05. I told him that I couldn't afford that so he talked me into talking to his manager, Mr. Niermeyer, he told me then that I would have to pay this amount for 18 months each and every month, I told him that I couldn't do that, then he said he would give me a discount of $1200.00 so I would pay $124.20 up front and $98.32 for 24 months. I wouldn't hear of it and told him I would have to talk it over with my son. He said that he would mail out the package and would have 30 days to think about it and if I didn't agree then he would return my $124.20.  I looked again at the envelope in which the letter came, but didn't see no return address so then I called my credit card company telling them the issue and they stopped my card and will send me out a new one. I also asked Mr. Niermeyer when I was on the phone with him were they were located and he replied Chicago, Ill.
