I was referred to Bobby Williams the owner and representative of all the listed companies, by Julian Askew of Regional Finance due to needing to get financing for a vehicle. Julian called several times to ensure that Bobby contacted me. Bobby informed me that he would be able to locate a 12 passenger van, he called me several times that day. Later he informed me that he would need a deposit in order to start the search. I met with Bobby on April 16,2009, giving him a $1000.00 deposit and signing an agreement on which he represented himself as the Car Company, stating that he had 14days to locate a vehicle. If he failed to do so in the 14 days that the full deposit will be returned. On the 14th day I contacted Bobby, he was dumb founded as to what a 12 passenger van was, at that time I told him that I would go ahead and get my deposit back. He began to try to offer me another vehicle, I informed him that I needed a vehicle for my business and not a personal one. At that time he continued to make excuses. He then told me after 4-5 conversations that it would take him 10 business days to get my deposit. I informed him that per the agreement I signed that was not the case. He said I had no choice because he did not have the money. On day 8 of the 10 business day wait, Bobby informed me that there would be a delay in the return of my money due to his investor being in the hospital and so on. I informed him that had nothing to do with me and to return my money by Friday. On Friday he did not have the $1000.000 and at that time told me he was trying to come up with 2 other refunds totaling $4500.00 which included my $1000.00. He began to give me a sob story about his rent being due, his phone bill needing to be paid, etc and he didn't have the money. He told me that he had a deal pending and should have some money for me then, on that Monday he didn't have a thing. Here it is June 9,2009 and he has only given me $350.00 still owing me $650.00 and he is saying he don't know if he will have it. He is not answering my calls or returning any of my calls. However, he is still located at the same address and I find several different ad's in the Dallas Morning News or Web, with him either selling cars or looking for an investor. I am a new business owner and he has taking money away that I could not afford to loose at this point. Bobby is not a good business man and because he told me that he paid Julian Askew good money for sending him customers, I believe that he is also a part of what seems to be a scam. All I want is whats owed to me and to make sure that this does not happen to any one else.
