Velstar Inc. Tropical Tours R US They have nothing nothing for me except take my money Florida

I booked a vacation based on a flyer that read 6 days & 5 Nights w/all meals included for $99 pp . Open packages for 15 months.  Choose oyur 5 star hotel. Cancun, Cabo, Jamaica, Hawaii, D.R. or Bahamas.

I booked to go to Jamiaca on September 1, 2017 to Grand Palladium from the "Tropical Tours R Us " website as instructed.  I gave them my creditcard number and paid $250.00 US.  I was told that I would get a confirmation by email which I did and then I can pick the dates in 15 months.   I gave this confirmation to my husband for his birthday on October 10, 2017.  I then confirmed for January 3-8/2018 on October 22 and was told it was peak season so I should pay another $250.00 U.S.  It was confirmed with the hotel when they called the hotel then I was to hear from the hotel in a few weeks.  Two months passed so I called back the 1-877-863-3605 Amber from the flyer and she said that it was not confirmed and there is no space there so would I like to go somewhere else.  Really!! I had booked my flights already so I said no.  She said well you cant get your money back for the initial booking but you can get the peak season back and book next year with the original. I booked for September 2018 and all seemed ok.  I call to see how my peak season refund was going and she said that they cant confirm September until April and only then can I get a refund.  I gave up and said I wont bother with games I'll just take the refund that I can get and I'm out. Not waiting until APril to get the run around again or until September to start this  all over. Then they will say that 15 months passed and I would get nothing or they are all booked up. At one posit she said we are not booking Jamaica anymore. Whatever!! Then she said I could book for next year September 2018.  No money ofcourse returned.  I just checked today and reminded her that I need a refund for the peak season and she is keeping the other $250 because I refuse to book agian.  SHe said it has to be approved then it will be returned to my credit card.  This is how they make money.  Bullshit crap.  I'm out all my money as far as I am concerned as well as apin and suffering, anxiety, time and aggravation including my creditcard balance of $768.39 for nothing. This is really terrible!!
