Vending Placement Vendingplacement.com Theives, they took my money and I received nothing! Columbus, Georgia

I contacted VEnding Placement in Georgia to help me get new locations for my vending machines.  I signed an agreement for them to place 3 of my machines.  I paid them 50% up front and the balance would be paid when I received 3 locations.  They never got me any locations and I have tried to get my money back but either they dont retunr my calls or when I am able to get through, I get hung up on.  I've asked for my money back but to no  availe.  I understand if they cant find locations but then dont keep my money (if thats the case).  They took my money and I have nothing to show for it.  They apparently lie, steal, cheat people out of there money.  If they couldnt find locations (if they did in fact look) and they gave me my money back, I would be fine with the service but bottom line is they stole from me. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.  I am reporting them to the BEtter Business Bureau and I would like to pursue legal action against them
