Company never ever told me they were ordering my credit report, They submitted my SS number to a third party call guaranty Mortgage corp A/K/A credit profile nationwide owners name is LEO B FORZLEY
No. and Street: 118 HARTFORD TURNPIKE

City or Town: SHREWSBURY

creditprofilenationwide.com on there website it states that anyone ordering a report must obtain a written consent.

Vendomatic never ever told me it was required nor did they tell me they ordered a report I find out because I order a copy of my report once a year and saw where they ordered my credit report.

Vendomatic Inc also hasn't paid me my final wages which is for 77 hours, Jane Wilcom from vendomatic said she would pay me unless I sign and send them a letter stating I quit. My last day of employment was 12/02/2005 and I still haven't received a check or anything from them.

Vendomatic has charged there businesses a license fee for having there machines in there customers stores.
The fee use to be 5.00 a month than it was no time they starting charging 7.00 a month now its 10.00 a month they get this when they go to the business and collect the cash out of the machines they take this fee out of the money before they count it.

They are also good at around 20 days into the month changing out the machine about 10 days before the route man goes in to collect ther money so instead of the route man collecting money for 30 days he is instead collecting money for only 10 days.

So the customer only gets 30% of the money for 10 days.
Vendomatic doesn't tell the customer about the money collected from the machine that was taken, So they have no clue.

Final pay

AUTHOR: Danny - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 22, 2006

Well the consumer didn't quit, he was somewhat forced out.

The business layoff several workers this person who filed this complaint was one too be layoff, They wanted him to sign a paper stating he quit so they wouldn't have to pay him unemployment benefits.

This company is a very very greedy comapny who does not care about no one but thereself.
There was never ever a statement signed by the consumer to release his credit report.

There was no application, The employer had him too type up a application of his past employers address etc.

He sent them an email asking for a copy of his application and employee records and Jane Wilcom human resources told him they didn't have any records of such.

They knew he was fixing to be layoff and agreed to pay his insurance premiums.

They owe you a final paycheck

AUTHOR: Aafes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 30, 2006

They owe you a final paycheck, you quit the job, they want you to sign a statement saying you quit. What is the problem signing the statement? Do it, get your money, then deal with them pulling your credit profile.

Somewhere in your application or employment agreement it probably said they may run a credit check. This is common with businesses in which employees collect cash receipts.
