I was delivered a vending machine that was supposed to be refurbished. However it looked like no work whatsoever had been done to it. The owner told me that they had already started working on it but it the machine looked as if no work had been done to it at all. It had cob webs and did not work after it was turned on. It would take a $1 bill and the display said that it had $4 in it. and it would not vend anything. Plus the display was very hard to read. The discoloration on the part made it obvious that nothing had been refurbished or replaced from the original machine. It was junk -- non-working junk. No wonder they have a 30 day warranty for parts only.

I wrote this report in the heat of the moment. But the vendor worked with me to solve the problem. I would like to delete this report. But I don't know how.

We have worked with this customer and resolved his issue. Customer was quick to react and never contacted us about a setup issue with the machine. Simple phone call resolved issues and customer is satisfied.
