Vendstar Vending Very disrespectful after the sale and will not work with you to satisfy purchase Deer Park New York

I was convinced by salesman Adam Adzug - to purchase 35 Vendstar 4000 and 20 Vendstar 5000 machines. The 4000 is not that bad of a machine - however 19 of the 20 5000's arrived in disarray. When I called my salesman Adam to tell him of my concern he supposedly transferred my call to customer service. In reality a guy named Joe picked up the call. Keep in mind that I invested 18K of my money for these machines with the impression I would get 12 vends per day per machine.

Joe pretended to be a guy named George. He acted like he had a bad case of heart burn. As I kindly and professionally expressed my concerns he acted like he was about to have a heart attack and people in the background were laughing. After investing 18K I would have expected more respect and courtesy than this.

When I called back I spoke to customer service. They apologized and promised me they would make it up to me somehow. I requested an exchange - 20 5000's for 20 4000's. I was concerned that the 5000 was junk considering 19 out of 20 showed up completely damaged.

When I spoke to Joe - he eventually acted out a heart attack and pretended to be dying. When I asked him to let me speak to the president his reply wasa that Obama is not available. He eventually hing up on me.

Folks - if you plan on making an investment of hard earned money and want to work with a company that will show you RESPECT and common courtesy, do NOT do business with this company.

I reported this to the president of the company and to this day have received no apology from him or any form of compensation for the trouble caused by their negligence and disrespect. Invest your money with a company where you - the consumer matters to the company. This company is the most unprofessional company I have EVER done business with.
