I joined an online dating site called "Date My Pet" especially for animal lovers. I noticed when chatting with other members that they were not interested in animals and did not even own one pet. Many of them were interested in "paranormal activity" which seemed strange. After several months, I discovered that this compay has many dating sites and they mingle them all together. In the "terms of use", they do say that they have a shared data base. They DO NOT tell you that they will post your dating profile on these other sites with a different heading. For example, my profile was listed under a dating site called "Paranormal Date" and looked as if I had signed up to join that site and was interested in the paranormal. I have no idea what else they were pretending I had signed up for (without my permisssion) because I don't know what other dating sites they control. I'm sure this is done to make it look like they have more members interested in the same thing than they actually do.
This was a huge waste of my time and borders on slander. They would not even give a refund!

I still feel I was misled. The perswon I was "paired" with had no interest in pets and showed me a picture of my profile on his phone under the heading of paranormal date and I have no interest in the paranormal.
Please refund my $40
