On 3/22 I ordered for the first time bathing suits from Venus Fashion online in the amount of 208.65 cents.

Venus send wrong item but replaced it with correct item 2 days later. I was not happy with the quality of the 

suits and returned ALL items 3 days later, around 3/28/2018. At the same time I applied for the Venus credit card

was approved and the card was charged for 208.65. Since I returned ALL Items together with a ONE time return,

Venus only credited the card back with 159.43, leaving a balance for reasons that are unknows. I have called so many

times and never got the answer. I called the credit card several times and the run a round began. Venus Fashion

refered me to Comenity Bank and vice versa. Comenity bank then start charging me late fees and interests starting

on 4/18/2018, not even 30days grace period. I finally got Venus Fashion to get me the other remaining refund amount

of 49.22 but Venus took until 5/9/2018 to post the credit to the Venus Credit Card. The card finally was paid back

in full for the 208.65 dollars as it should have been immediately but now Venus Credit Card/Comenity Bank is charging

me late fees and interests and more late fees and interests on a purchase that I returned in full on time.

 Venus fashion missed to credit the card in the correct amount in a timely fashion for the full amount. It seems to me it is a set up

between Venus fashion and Comenity Bank/Venus Creditcard. In addition I never had a credit card where payment for a purchase

on 3/22/2018 needs to be paid back in three weeks while Venus Fashion takes weeks to put credit back on card.
