Venus concept India Venus concept india Did not provide my documents after releasing the company Surat Gujarat India

I resigned in the #Venusconceptindia on 28 may 2018 after successful completion of my one year and as per policy of notice period I was ready to complete 30 days and Mr Dhval jhaveri he is the marketing head in india also called me and said to me you need to serve 30 days notice but suddenly after 2 day he released me without any confirmation.Hr Mrs Hiteshi has sended me email of last working days on 31 may. I was upset that dhaval is saying another and HR is doing something else. Even they didn't provide my documents and salary on the last working days. Today is 25 June but they didn't send any confirmation of the documents and when I call HR never respond just say Canad team is responding.i know Venus concept is a brand company in the word but india office is not doing well with their employees they are continuing hiring and terminating people. When any one resigned they do same as me. Please provide my documents with one month notice salary other wise I will post negative reviews against all devices on india market I do not have problem with Venus concept but have problems with India team
