Verispy WIll Not call. Only send robo emails with the same message and wont let me send attachments bit wont offer another way to send info for a charge that is not mine. Boston MA

I occured 2 charges one for $4.95 and one for $19.95. I have called  numerous  times leaving them my number  13 times  i have emailed. THeir email all come back with the same response that they need my order number or something. well i dont have an order numer becauuse i do not have an account with them.

I have told them this evey time. They will not allow an attachemnt so i was unable to send them a copy of my bank statemnet SO i said in an email and in a VM to send me a fax number i will send them a copy where i was charged on y bank statement or they could call the bank and verify.

Nothing and this has been going on for 2 weeks now.  They have stopped emailing and they have not called me one time. The first time i called a re said she woudl have somene give me a call because she could not find my account well that s because i dont have one and said she couldnt find my bank card on there either.

Well i never recived a call fromt that either and that was mopre than 2 weeks ago. So they are soley trying to rip me off. Ive never saw aa company that doesnt answer their customer service phone and only sends robo email responses the same response no matter what you send them.

How in the world does that resolve any problem. THIs company is a complete rip off . I live paycheck to paycheck and i have a chikd ai struggle so this money is crucial to my lively hood so i need this money back!
