Verizon wirekess Customer service cancelled my upgrade phone order 3 times. Spent hours on the phone. Was lied to over and over again. South Florida Internet

 On October 28th I called CS to get an upgrade phone. My old phone was not charging and the antenna didn't work. I was told I had to pay the account current which I did. I then was told I would need to pay taxes on the new phone which I also did. The CS processed the order telling me my phone would arrive in 2 days. I waited appropriately 1 week. I then called CS again to find out where my phone was. The CS told me the fraud department cancelled my order because I live here in Florida. After hours of being on the phone, the CS told me my phone was ordered again. This is November 3rd. Today is November 10th and I still have no new phone. To anyone that has Verizon change carriers. None of the other carriers I have been with were no trouble. CS is horrible.
