Verizon Wireless - A Wireless Premium Retailer Bryan Joyce-Mitch Paulinho-Chris Miller-Matt Schenkel Fraud Fraud Fraud Fraud Exton Pennsylvania

Mitch Paulinho, Christopher Miller and Matt Schenkel were sales reps at the Exton branch of Verizon Wireless in the Main St shopping center. They were instructed by their manager, Bryan Joyce, to enroll customers fraudulently in the Edge program while charging the subsidized 2 year contract price, explaining the difference in price as a "bundle promotion." All 4 were fired and arrested. 

This store frequently has a new manager and new sales reps in it. This is a sign of fraud and unethical business practices. You are better off going to another store nearby, either in Downingtown, which is actually owned and operated by Verizon Wireless, or to another independent retailer in West Chester. The store in the Exton Mall is owned by AWireless also, so be wary of what goes on there.
