VERIZON WIRELESS AND ASSURION CELL PHONE INSURANCE SCAM WHO MAKES A PHONE THAT COSTS 400.00$ THAT SWEAT CAN DAMAGE? AKRON Ohio

I have had to replace my ENVY cellphone from Verison 7 times. The company knows it has manufacturer problems but every time it messes up I take it to the main office and they say that it has water damage and i can get a refurbished one from Assurion for a 50$ deductable... even 30days after the 4th replacement they said water damage..

so I call assurion and ask them if they can send me a different phone it cld be upgrade or downgrade she went on to tell me that they know there is a problem with these phones and they dont even make these phone anymore so im like well why are you trying to send me another one and she said The ONLY way we wont send you out this phone is when we run out of these phones and then you wld get a complementry upgrade!

So now I am on phone number 7 and the screen goes completly white can t see whos calling or get phn numbers or text messages so i call and tell the rep. whats going on and she is constantly goating me trying to get me to say that a button is sticking so I say Its not really sticking but when i press it it seems not to connect to anythg...then shes like well since you said its sticking it sound like physical damage..

so we argued about that and i talked to a manager who was rude and said we cant check to see if its softwear damage if you are on the phwith the problem I said fine just make sure you dont delete the recording of this call and she said she has nothing to do with that.....!! Just wanted to vent...its a scam they have going with eachother who makes a phone that costs 400.00$ that sweat can damage?
