THEN VERIZON FORCE AND SHOVES THE SAME BLACKBERRY STORM 9530 DWN OUR THROATS DECLARING THAT IN 30 DAYS WE VIOLATE A WARRANTY CONTRACT BY NOT WANTING TO KEEP THE SAME MODEL PHONE BLACKBERRY STORM 9530 , IF WE REQUEST ANOTHER CHEAPER BLACKBERRY " THE WORLD EDITION OR THE CURVE !!!!!!

MY BLOOD PRESSURE ELEVATED AND MY HEART MURMOR ACTED UP ETC... ,

AND I HAD TO BE RUSHED OFF TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE I GOT SO SICK FROM EXPLAINING THEN ARGUING WITH THE MANGERS AND CUSTOMER SERV AGENTS AT THE NEW YORK STORE LOCATED EAST 86TH STREET !!!! I PAID $199.99 PLUS TAX AND THEN THEY ONLY WANTED ME TO TAKE ANOTHER PHONE THAT IS $99.99 AND NO STORE CREDIT FOR THE REST OF MY MONEY'S WORTH .... WE BROUGHT THE PHONE BACK AND COMPLAINED WAY BEFORE THE 30 DAY POLICY !!!!!

VERIZON IS GUILTY FOR NOT LIVING UP TO IT'S 30 RETURN-REFUND -EXCHANGE POLICY , THEY ALSO NEG TO CALL ME AN ER AMBULANCE WHEN I COMPLAINED THAT I WAS SICK , I HAD TO USE THEIR DISPLAY PHONES IN ORDER TO CALL 911 !
I WANT A LAWYER NOW !!!!!!!!

Write to Blackberry

There really is no need to write in all capital letters; however, to address your concern, it appears that the real problem here is with the manufacturer of the phone (Blackberry). Verizon did not make the phone or the software for the phone. If you are having concerns maybe you should contact Blackberry directly. A lot of Storm users experience the same problems with the phone, so when customers go to the store or call in- the reps are supposed to report the issues to Blackberry if it's more than one phone having the same issue then Blackberry reports back to Verizon with the resolution. And the resolution provided by Blackberry is that most of these issues will be fixed when the new software upgrade comes out.

As far as the return policy, it does clearly state in the customer agreement that YOU signed that you will be billed a $35 restocking fee if you choose to exchange to a different phone within the first 30 days. If you paid anything for the phone ($200), then you would get $165 back for your refund, and then you can buy whatever other phone you want to go with.
