I contracted with Vernon Floors in April 2009 to install hardwood floors in my home. Their crew was unskilled, and some areas of the floor and trim had to be redone over subsequent visits and the use of another outsourced crew.

One highly visible area of decorative molding, in particular, was poorly installed. As a result, the floor is uneven to walk on, there are gaps between the molding and the hardwood floor due to bad cuts, and some areas of the molding and floorboards were chipped. The work is sloppy and unacceptable.

Vernonfloors.com (Owner a Middle Eastern Man) agreed to order replacement molding and reinstall the it under their warranty program, but the work still hasn't been completed--4 months later! They have made many, many excuses and arranged and cancelled too many appointments to count.

As of today, no work has been done. I am frustrated by their excuses and missed appointments. I'm tired of being RIPPED OFF!

I will be be filing a complaint with the Attorney general on NJ soon. These foreigners need to get out of the country and go back. They should stop ripping off poor American men and women by sweet talking and by an impressive website ( laced with hidden cost). Stay Away from Vernon Floors. Vernonfloors and the owner sucks( small 1 person company who claims big with a nice website). Vernon Floors you should be shut down and deported.
