Veronica Ergazos Desert Dove Contracting Failure to pay subcontractor Carefree, Phoenix, Scottsdale Arizona

Rebuttal from Veronica Ergazos in response to this posting:

Desert Dove Contracting was an Arizona Corporation with a board of directors and investors, not a sole proprietorship. The company functioned as a corporation under the guidance of the directors and investors. Veronica Ergazos was the person who held the technical license from the State of Arizona for the corporation.  

One of those investors was a group called Livin' Large. Livin' Large was a separate corporation with a separate board of directors that chose to invest in Desert Dove Contracting. Veronica Ergazos has never owned or guided the business of Livin Large, and has no knowledge of what caused that company to close its doors.

There is no judgment against Veronica Ergazos. There are not, and never have been, any civil cases against Veronica Ergazos.

There are not, and never have been, any criminal cases against Veronica Ergazos. There has never been an arrest warrant or charges against Veronica Ergazos for bad checks.

Enough time has passed since this complaint that, if any of these claims were true, there would be clear and available public records. There are no records, because all of these claims are false.
