Mandeep Ranga aka Manny is wanted in the USA for importing /exporting drugs and is fighting his case but will eventually lose. He started building houses with shares with other partners but actually is a glorified project manager. He doesnt pay the trades in full and the unexpected owner he works with ends up paying the leans on the house put on by the distraught tradesman because Mandeep Ranga does not pay them.

It is very upsetting if I provide a service and I dont get paid for it. I show him the reciepts for the amount he owes me and I hand it over to him. next day doesnt pick up his calls avoids me etc. He has done this to many trades people this is simply wrong.
