Vertex Airsoft, Originally CD Sales Ripoff, Never paid 6 pallets of airsoft guns bought after several smooth transactions, intentional cheating Houston Texas

David Beavers lived in FL with an address 1799 Arash Circle, Port Orange, FL 32128. We were introduced by another customer to do business with him in later 2005. He made prompt payment for the first several transactions. Begeinning in March 2006, delayed his payment with an excuses of his daughter going out of town and his business not making enough money. We were ripped off by this shameless guy twice for over $12,000. He knew what he did and promised to pay us back for numerous times but broke his promises again and again and again. We called him and he refused taking our calls. We called his FL home and talked with his wife who told us that her husband is very trusted person. But everything proves that they just lied and want to get away with somebody's else's merchandise.

He fled from FL to TX several month ago. He is still doing business of airsoft guns but with a new Name of Vertex Airsoft. We wonder how many of our guns he ripped from us are still left in his warehouse.

He gave up all the chances we gave him and broke all his promises. He is now being sued and we have to seek justice from the court.
