After ordering the "Steam Buddy" online from Vertical Brand I recieved and Email the next day claiming my order had shipped.
It was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
2 weeks go by and still did not recieve , so I call the 800-353-1102 number on the website. After a whole lot of run around I finally get to talk to a
live person. He was somewhat rude but assured me i should recieve "Anyday" now.
I ordered it 4-6-08 for a Business trip in mid May!
It is now 7-31-08 and after several more phone calls,still have not recieved it!!
Today i spoke to another representative at Vertical Brand and they said they must have shipped it to the wrong address but not to worry they'll ship another on out today and I should recieve in ........ 7 to 10 days !!
I'm not holding my breath! Its been almost 4 months and have basically accepted to fact that i'm out 35 bucks !
Hopefully this post will prevent other people from getting ripped off by these crooks!
