This person and these companies are worthless and useless! They are a scam! NEVER ever invest in Currency Exchange Profits or anything that relates to Gary Jezorski or Vertical Marketing LLC or Ideal Vision Enterprises !!!
They are all a scam!!!
Vertical Marketing LLC is now called Ideal Vision Enterprises. I assume they did this because they do not want to get caught. I would like to sue them. I invested in their program and lost $1000 using their suggested investment program called minvestment.com which was a scam to begin with plus the $250 to join their training program. I have repeatedly requested a refund of my $250 and only received the runaround from them. No refund as of now and I have been trying to get it back for over 2 months now!
I hope Gary Jezorski and both of his companies go belly up. I would like to sue him and his company for loss of all my money ($1250) plus punitive damages. If any lawyer would like to take my case, please contact me.
If you try to call the number that I listed above (847-557-8411), you will never get a real person, only a voice message and no one will ever call you back!!!!
Please do not waste your time with this useless and worthless person, Gary Jezorski and his companies (Vertical Marketing LLC & Ideal Vision Enterprises).

Gary Jezorski is a long-time scam artist who has previously operated bogus FOREX trading companies under the names Open Trade and Invest-Manager. He has also created a fake person named Dani Mendez, who purports to run a Ripoff Report-type service and refers people to Jezorski's companies claiming that these are the only legitimate FOREX type businesses she has found in her investigations.
Ideal Vision Enterprises is registered as a Limited Liability Company with the California Secretary of State. The designated agent for service is Herman Cruz, who's address is the same as that given for the company: 27662 Aliso Creek Rd., Suite 3205, Alisa Viejo, CA 92656. Phone: (847) 557-8411. Under the law, every corporation and Limited Liability Company has to register the name and address of a person who must accept service of legal documents on behalf of the company. So, if you want to sue Jezorski and Ideal Vision Enterprises this is the person to serve with your summons and complaint.
Also, the FBI is investigating Jezorski through its Ventura California office. The address is P.O. Box 3819, Ventura CA 93006-3819.

Hi,
I know exactly how you feel. I have been through the same thing. I have even sent numerous emails to his company at garyj@verticalmarketing.com and have gotten some useless replies.
But what you can do is contact your credit card company and tell them what have happened and that this whole thing was a pyramind scheme that you didn't know about and they will issue the $300 credit back to you, make sure you have the documents to proof it.
