Vertical Search Works, Inc. (“VSW”) commenced a lawsuit against you to remedy acts of commercial disparagement, false statements, and misrepresentations caused by your malicious disparagement of VSW. Vertical Search Works, Inc. v. John Does, I-10, CV2013-053176, Maricopa County, State of Arizona.  VSW served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC to discover your true identity. Once your true identity is discovered, VSW will amend its complaint pending in Maricopa County to include you as a named defendant. You have 14 days from the date of this message to object to VSW’s subpoena.
