Vertrue, Inc. dba: Adaptive Marketing, Bargin Network, Coverdell, Lavalife, MemberWorks Canada, MyChoiceMedical, Neverblue are all taking $ via suspect credit card/debit card charges.
Vertrue is now owned by Velo Holdings (a private investor group consisting of One Equity Partners, Rho Ventures and Brencourt Advisors) and members of Vertrue's senior management team. It is still run by: Gary A. Johnson (Pres, CEO) who netted $11,751,550 in the merger, he is currently being paid $750,000 annually plus bonuses, James B. Duffy is EVP, COO & CFO and Vincent DiBenedeto EVP. With the volume of ripoff reports these guys must know what is going on. Mr. Johnson resides in Southport, CT 06890-1002. His home is 5,326 square feet & valued at $1,969,600. He can be reached at 203-256-xxxx. (I need to talk to my attorney before I post the rest of phone number and address)
Vertrue, Inc. thru Adaptive Marketing, LLC thru 24ProtectPlus has been charging my credit card for 7 months. I never ordered anything from these firms nor did I know who they were until I began this research. They should be ashamed but I guess they are smiling all the way to the bank.
