vesta att Vesta T-Mobile Very rude and unprofessional...most disrespectful people Portland Oregon

These people charged my account twenty five dollars. I called att and they said I'm up to date. I called vesta or recharge whatever they are called two different times and both rep were  very nasty and rude and told me they had a right to debit my account because they are a third  party collection vendor for att. They told me they will continue to debit my account and there's  nothing I can do about it. As everyone else has said which is true I closed my old account and opened and new one because they will CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION. And currently disputing the charge they did deducted with my bank. Very unprofessional company and then when I asked for a supervisor I got sent to a vm to leave  my name and number  and no one ever called me back. There company is a scam and their  reps are the most disrepectful non customer oriented people I have ever had to do business with I hope this company is STOPPED.
