My Mother lost her companion of 21 years. She thought that she was hiring a professional company to perform the funeral but they were HORRIBLE to her and my family.
They gave the death certificates that she purchased to the wrong person and then refused to do anything about it. Stating that she should call the people that he had given them to herself.
At a time when you are grieving from loss, you should not have to correct the error of incompetent people.
I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone!!! The manager should be fired for his lack of professionalism and common decency.
Please do not give them your business... If you do, you will be sorry, take from me...
