Steven Nelson, your memory is shot out. I am the one that called you, not my wife. You lied to me about installing frameless shower enclosures on our first conversation. I don't  believe you have ever installed one in your life. You gave me a price in range of other glass companies and then showed up at our home with a framed enclosure that cost half the price as the one you quoted. You never mentioned non-refundable or I would not have considered you for the job.No businessman does that because mistakes can and are made. My wife never cursed you or your helper, nor threw your materials. You never made good on the job like you told us you would. The only thing we ever received from you were excuses and lies.You stole our money. You are a thief and a liar. You are the one that has continually changed his story. The bbb did not find in your favor, they submittted the complaint to you and you did what you do best, nothing. You are not a member of the bbb and they show this complaint as being resolved, which is also a lie. We asked them to reopen the case and never received a response. We basically got tired of trying to resolve this issue through a disfunctional bbb and a thief. We have done business with many businesses concerning our home and never encountered such a business as yours. I would suggest anyone who needs a glass job done to call Muscogee Glass, a real glass company, not a ripoff service from you. By the way, you were never attacked by anyone at this residence. Another lie. Karma is great. I will be looking for it in the future.    

I Steven Nelson want to respond to the complaint. I have been in business for over 20 years and have never had a complaint filed against me or my company. My goal is to always satisfy my custmers. The above complainant is the spouse of the woman that hired me and provided me with the details of what kind of shower door she wanted. I reviewed the order with her multiple times and explained to her this was a special order item and non-refundable. She said she understood and wanted me to proceed with the oder. When her order came in my helper and I went out to install the shower door at which time she said " it was not what she wanted" she proceeded to throw our materials at us and cursed us out. At that time her husband who was not there when she ordered the door took over-he threatened me and as much as I tried to come to some kind of resolution to the problem he did not wish to try to work anything out. I have never experienced anything like this before. The woman screamed at us and said "it was not like the picture she saw on line." She never shared the picture with me and I am the one that lost money on the order. I am a professional and do not expect to be attacked by customers. The incident was reported to the BBB and they found in my favor. The complaint's changed there story multiple times. They should be the one's ashamed of themselves for ripping of a small business owner.
