Vetta Marketing Buyer Beware. Email Marketing Scam from Irvine California

Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence. We should have researched Vetta Marketing prior to engaging this unethical organization. There are accounts from folks all over the web indicating exactly how Vetta Marketing does business so this is by no means an isolated account. Please do your research and don't make the same mistake. 
 
Vetta Marketing has defrauded my company for a fake email marketing campaign. 
 
My company was scammed and Vetta Marketing has denied our repeated request for a refund.
 
We will continue to pursue a full refund from Vetta Marketing based on the following:
 
-Email Statistics produced by Vetta Marketing were clearly falsified
-Email Statistics produced by Vetta Marketing lack information which was promised to my business
-Vetta Marketing did not send the email during the mutually agreed upon time
 
We have full email documentation of everything and have consulted our attorneys in both Califonia and Colorado. Additionally, we have filed formal complaints with the California Attorney General, Orange County DA, FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and the BBB. We are fully prepared to pursue Vetta Marketing through all available legal channels necessary to recover our hard earned money.
 
These people must be stopped.
