VFC/EQUIFAX CANADA ripoff filing wrong info to credit and losing my house to their lie's Toronto Montreal

my story is that i bought a new car (used) for the first time, and had my car only 15 days and told my sick step-father who had hiv. he told me to call the company to see if they'll take it back.

and i called them and told them my story about my father's illness and i had to return the car. the east indian employee told me he'd have someone come by to pick up the car. he never told me about being sued for the car or balance.

and 2-3 weeks later i'm told by phone they are going to sue me over the balance of the car. i told them their employee told me it was alright to return the car and they told me that it isn't there policy to do such a thing.

and i told them i couldn't pay for it they called me more for 6 moths and then i changed my number but no one mailed me anything since the start only phone calls.

2 yrs later when i go to the bank to get loan for the house my father handed over early from his illness to pay off his debt to get him cleared up before the end.

they started up again sayin they are going to sue me now over the house. to my shock they had wrecked my credit and i had not been able to use my bank i had to use mortagae brooker and they made me lose my family home in 10 months.

it was in the family since 1940's and now i'm the one they all look at because of these company's.

i'm tryin to stay cool but at time i wish i could do something to them and i hope this will. my family home now to buy back will cost me after 7 yrs 325,000.00. due to i have to waite for 7 yrs to clear my credit.

i've called by e-mails and get no where. please my god can someone help my family out of this mess. i had to help him and run a small business i had no help from anyone. may you help now
