As you can see I filled it on 2/17/08 . Me and Linda went over to Diana's house around the 18th or 19th , I had my first papers that I filled with the ACRD .And I brought this site up on diana's com. she saved it.And Now to stir things up she puts it on her google site and says LOOK. But when you google the other names on this it dosent come up. So I do believe you should look into and watch what linda and diana do and are doing ,I think you will be suprised. Disa

When we went to court, It only had to do with the injunction , which the judge did grant against Jerry Wall. So mabey you better rethink what you say. YOU DONT know everything,And anyway you couldnt or shall we say you dont remember what or when or who did or not do.You stated in court ,, I dont know about that I was not there. Didnt you see when I first posted this. So why did you wait so long to respond. Thats right Diana just remembered I showed it to HER on HER computer ,and showed her the papers I filed with the ACRD. Well I am not the only one that feels the way I do. AND I am not the only one with a felony.And as far as you , Well you change your story to fit the cause.I do have the paper work and for the post 9399 to keep people like JERRY ,well then you get what you get. So I wouldnt go throwing stones if I were you .

Since we all know who you are and the circumstances surrounding this situation, I think it is time for you to stop this petty playing and drop it.

The situation you are refering to is bogus and you know it. It was proven not valid in court, but you keep trying to start something thats not there. How many times do you have to go before a judge and be embarressed over and over by it being thrown out of court.

Just stay at 7968 where they dont care that you are a convicted felon and it is against the by-laws to allow you to continue to be a member.

As far as anyone knowing about your conviction there was only 2 people and at the time they were giving you community service work without the presidents knowledge. wrong thing to do.

Also, I am not slandering the organization. It is a wonderful organization and has done many good things for veterans and their families, cancer, children, etc., not only locally, but worldwide. I am proud to contribute, then and now, in any way I can, to the many positive community services it provides. Also, slander only occurs if the statement is not true and the "individuals" involved in this matter did and have committed the acts I previously reported. I have sufficient documentation to back up the allegations, therefore "slander" is what you are committing.

I notice you choose not to use your real name but do not have a problem slandering other people. Is it you who has something to hide? I have personal knowledge of this situation. I know what really happened. Maybe you should try the truth for once. I have known you to volunteer some hours but not all of your free time was geared towards volunteering at the VFW. Granted you were there a lot but not for work or volunteer purposes. You must not have anything better to do with your time than to slander other members of the Post and the Ladies Auxillary. To hurt an organization that does so much good for so many people is sad.

Well now that they have fired me,as of 02/15/2008 I was put on suspension for 60 days so I am not allowed in the club .They said Jerry Lee Wall was another and Diana Gantka , Linda Wall , and Dian Kennedy was also. But They have sence let Jerry Lee come back to work playing on the weekends. He was the start of this all. And yet they are supporting him and his actions.I am prohibited from entering the premises for the entire length of this suspension. So there bylaws only support who they want them to support . NOT FAIR and NOT RIGHT

The VFW is a non profit org. that helps people and their familes . like national children home, food drives,people that have cancer,and the veterans over sees, they donate money for schools.they help familes who have lost family members in the war. they are a really great org.

How exactly is this considered "community service"? Most of the time community service is done with an organization whose produst/service helps out the neighborhood. Like picking up trash in the park, helping at the animal shelter, etc. How did your volunteering at the VFW get approved as community service?

I worked on the clock my normal hours but I volunteered work also, I worked in the kitchen cooking monday nights 4:30 PM to 8:00PM, I did prep in the kitchen on monday day ,thursday day from 2:00PM till 4:PM all volunteer ,then clocked in at 4:30 PM to bartend / cocktail .Then on tuesday I volunteered at the other post 7968 from 3:30 PM till 8:30 PM all because I wanted to .I also cleaned at night volunteering ,bathrooms after partys things like that.who . I was always eager to help .I also volunteered at post 7968 on monday's 10:00AM till 1:30PM.

Community service by working at a VFW? Seems a little strange to me, but okay I guess it could happen.

I would like to say that the VFW is a wanderful org. The people there are there to help people in need. they serve good food have given to alot of organations. I was very proud to be part of it. My father served and I joined under his name.I know Lynn Carter and her sister Diane Kennedy and her married boyfriend Jerry Wall have told half truths, and lied to the club ,and Bob Rankin and to Deddie Rankin about me.They have slandered me and my name to the club.I was a great empolyee never called in sick,If I wasnt working on the clock I was volenteering all of my time when needed.I worked 7 days a week and I would still be there if it wasnt for these people.There are bylaws that are to be followed that were not.I was treated very fairly.I do hope this will be looked it becaues some people should be taken off the board and have people on that do care .
