These companies Wildblue or Excede or Direct Sat USA way over report your total download and uploads each month. Once your monthly maximum allowance has been hit according to their meter, your reduced to a 56k data transfer rate. They will not supply any data transfer information like times, specific dates or data transfered. They just say the allowance has been exceded, so "excede" is an appropriate name for the company! I have been tracking my data transfer rates and speeds with netmeters for years and felt OK about netspeeds & total data transfers with my old service through Hughsnet, DSL ect... These folks just plain lie. stay clear or get ready for the Ripoff.
