ViaTalk - HostRocket Outright RIPOFFS! According to BBB unsatisfactory record due to 100s of complaints Clifton Park New York

I was a victim of Sunrocket, so we needed phone service in a hurry, quickly selected this company because they said Sunrocket approved them for immediate transfer of our phone numbers, and they said they would give us the same deal. Their new modem arrived, it was a used piece of crap, didn't work out of the box, I told them they already proved to be dishonest, as Sunrocket had NOT approved them I found out, they would not be able to port our number over immediately, & they for weeks, and weeks denied receiving my equipment, until I got the postal proof of delivery (The post office lost the proof for a month, but they'd delivered the device on the 3rd day after I sent it) When Michael still denied their receiving it, then I told him that I was going to file a mail fraud complaint against him, & he immediately said, "Oh, yes, that's right, you're the one who sent it by mail. I remember now. OK, We'll get the check right out to you." I never received the $90, it's been almost a year later & if u just go to this web address, you will see hundreds more of these complaints.
