Ordered 14 day free trial.Started on day ordered. ten day later i called I hadn't recieved,andthey extendedtrial date and I recieved two days later.
Tried charging box,both ways and it would not fully charge.once,i got one square out of five.I called and reported it.They said it was working right.
Never got it to fully charge,only got one day out of filters,probably because of charge.
Have called multiple times for RAN# to return before trial date is up. They say i will be call within 24 hrs.i have not been called yet.
My trial date is up the 24th.I guess I will mail back without RAN# and notify my credit card to fight about 200.00 in charges. by then they will have started sending me refills,for a product that doesnt work!
