I placed an order with this company for a product and selected 3 day shipping. Paid and received email stating my order was placed on 06/09/14. The company has 24 hr shipping gurantee stated on website. as of today 06/27/2014 I have sent several emails asking the status of my order with no reply. The site has listed that order has shipped and left tracking number but according to USPS the tracking no. has not shipped.
I have done my own searching and found that the site is registered to a guy who does not exist but when searching his name I get a woman's, and with a home address that doesn't exist either. The email listed on the DNS search is only used for that domain and nobody will respond to it.
I made the mistake of ordering with my debit card and not my credit card so the bank is not happy to help on this issue.

Hi there, I have searched this site and I see quite a few complaints about vibeplayground. I just wanted to put out a possitive word out there for them!. I did order from them and the product was delivered and even on time! I purchased on the 17th of December 2014 and it was here today December 23. so I am sorry to hear about your experience with vibeplayground but I just dont understand cause I am a happy customer and would go back!

VibePlayground.com is a scam site. I purchased a product June 09 2014 paid for 3 day shipping and received tracking number 2 weeks later after numerous unanswered emails to CS. As of today July 07 2014 USPS tracking # still says item hasn't shipped. 15 emails to CS with no reply. The DNS info for owner is all fake, the phone # on my online statement is a child's cell #. Avoid this company like the plague.
