Vibrant Group, Inc Skin Optics, Eye Essentials COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM. This company should be ashamed of itself. Santa Ana California

I knew that this "beauty product" was a 14 day trial and during these 14 days tried to reach this company to cancel future charges or product. Used Skin Optics and Eye Essentials 3 times and developed blisters on lower lid of eyes and therefore discontinued. Never received a confirmation e-mail on product, did call customer service on several occasions and was on hold for 20-25 minutes before I hung up. Did send an e-mail to company stating I was not interested in any further product. Now see I have been charged almost $200.00 and extremely upset. Interestingly, when I tried to call them today, on a Sunday, I got right through. Was reminded about the fine print and that one had to contact them within the 14 days. No record of my e-mail. The best they could offer me was 50% off the $200 charge. Really angry about this company; have never filed a report like this before with any one. This is just wrong. Can someone do something about these types of companies?
