Vibrant Threads Clothing Charged me for an item never delivered--and they are uncontactable-- Jacksonville Florida

I ordered a fleece lined denim jacket from Vibrant Threads on 9 October 2017. My account was charged 80 dollars. I never received any confirmation or date of delivery, though they took my money.

After a reasonable time, I tried to contact the company. This has proven to be impossible. The "Contact Us" page on their web site does not exist; their "live chat" function is an evasive farce; the phone number they were required to provide my bank for the CC transaction turns out to be some poor gal in British Columbia who has never heard of them.

I want the item delivered or the funds remitted to my card immediately. I note from research that I am not the only customer who has these issues with Vibrant Threads. Though they list no phone number at the physical location (if it even exists) in Jacksonsonville, Fla, I am very familiar with the town and know many good lawyers there.

I hope this issue can be resolved without further action on my part.
