No offer of proof, just YOU bad mouthing people online. As you are useing their business names in this, you may be causeing yourself a shitton of trouble. See the web is considered a MEDIA OUTLET. As such, any statements that you make WITHOUT providing PROOF can be used against you in a civil proceeding. SO I would be careful, right now you may not give a d**n about what the future will hold. But LATER if the people you are posting about take offence to what you have WRITTEN then they can sue you. They will know exactly WHO you are because you were kind enough to give your information when you signed up to bash these individuals. And if you THINK you were slick and used a fake name, then there is ANOTHER surprise for you. Each time you have logged in you have left your IP address on file. So they will be able to track you that way.

Remember to be careful with WHAT you post online. YOU will be held accountable by the very same people that you wish to defame. You might want to couch WHAT you say by letting people know ahead of time that this is YOUR opinion. Its not fact until its proven. YOU may have information to use as proof, but since you cant offer the proof up on your posts, then its just defamation of character. And its really not proof until a court accepts it as evidence.
