Victor A. Som Victor A. Som, My Worst Nightmare!!! Dublin California

I met Victor A. Som, CEO of SCMPSIO at the time in 2015 at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, CA. He had a small kiosk testing the PSIO glasses (Neuro-Therapeutic Glass - light and sound therapy glass). I bought one of the glasses and I took it with me in Las Vegas, NV. A lot of people were interested and tried it on. As soon as I got back in CA, I told Victor that there were lots of interested folks and I asked him if I could get commission if I sell one or two.

He then offered me to become his business partner instead. He was working on planning to open a kiosk store at the Westfield Mall in Santa Clara CA and SF CA. Without hesitation, I agreed to be his business partner and I invested $42K to be used as working capital on the kiosk. The total cost is actually $55K and I gave him a check for $42K and we agreed to pay the remaining $13K when I get my money from my 401K.

He opened the kiosk in October 2015 at the Santa Clara Westfield Mall. By mid-December, I verbally advised Victor that I am pulling out of the contract we signed on August 2015 as I would not be able to come up with the remaining $13K. He told me that he will calculate the losses and gains for the month of Oct-Dec 2015 and I will have a share of losses for those months and I said fine. He calculated it and said it is probably going to be around $10K and I asked for a K1 Tax form so i can claim my losses on my tax return.

Months past by and I never heard back from Victor. He kept all my money. I sued him this year and he hasn't responded to the complaint yet. I am suing him for the full $42K I gave him plus interest and punitive damages.

I want all his friends and relatives to know what he did to me was wrong and unethical. This guy should not be trusted with your money as he will walk away with it and threaten you and say he will be filing bancruptcy to avoid paying you back.
