Victor and Son Painting Failed to complete the painting job as instructed, damage my driveway and refuse to return all money in full. Florida

a start of a nitemare. I contacted the company through the advertisement "The Flyer", to complete a painting job on my stamp conrete driveway. Upon meeting the Son, my husband and I gave him clear instructions on what we needed/liked to be completed, we even explained to him prior another contractor stated what we needed/liked to be done was impossible, however; the son said he was more than able to get it done, he even explained how the process of the painting would be applied and gave an assurance that it would be simple and look great. Needless to say, the job was horrible, to the point in which the Son admitted to it as well and as a result, he stopped the damaging task of completion. He agreed it ws horrible and the job could not be accomplish. My husband and I asked for our deposit refund minus the pressure cleaning and the materials, a refund of $450. However the Son refused to the refund and offered $200, in which we refused and filled out paperwork for small claim court.  The outcome of our court claim was in our favor, and the company has since paid all that was due. However, I am still left with a defective driveway, and a horrible experience , in which no homeowner should ever have to go through. Any and everyone should be aware of this company, they lack experience, fairness and customer's satisfaction.
