Victor Chemerisov ripoff, fraud, STOLE my MONEY, LIED rip off scam con artists fraudulent business Brooklyn, New York

I bought two English Bulldog pups from this person. He sent me a picture of the two puppies and I said I wanted those two. I paid him $3200.00 in full. I then saw my two pups on someone elses site warning that this person is using their pictures to sell pups to steal money. I couldn't believe it!

I e-mailed him under a seperate account and sure enough, he e-mailed me the exact two pups that I already paid for! I called and asked for a refund and he said, "no way." I called the lady that had my pups on her website and she added me to her list of people that have been frauded! We now have our own E-mail ring! The list grows daily! Yahoo removed him from their listings but he just took out a 1/4 page add in the Bulldog magazine. I imagine he'll get 100's of victims in the coming few weeks.
