Simplyelectronics rip me, simplyelectronics.net scam me simplyelectronicsnet, Nationwide

It all began at 15 dec 2010, i am planning to buy blackberry torch unlocked at their store because the price is cheaper than US store, 2 days later about 17 dec they put "call or email us for information" on my order status, so i call them and also send them email asking the problem.

They said that i must provide id and billing/utility statement for verification, and i send them. i wait for days but no response from them, then on 19th i send them email asking about the document that i sent, they said they don't received it, so i send back, on 21st dec they said that all is clear and will dispatch my item soon.

At the first i think the product will dispatch soon because the stock said 1-2 days dispatch, day after day i wait nothing happened, lot of email i've sent but they still said that will dispatch soon, today they said that they don't have any stock and tell me that to wait till next week, the thing is i am very upset, if they don't have any stock, why they write IN STOCK and DISPATCH IN 1-2DAYS.

I'm think i've been ripped and i will take any action necessary to clear this problem, this is just beginning, i will take any further action
