Victor H. Sierra stole gun parts from our business. He bought a Glock 19 custom slide on ebay from us for $399.98. We sent it signature required. After he got it, he asked for a refund b/c he claimed it did not fit his Glock ( a total lie). We told him he must send it back first. He demanded a refund and opened a claim with ebay. We were forced by ebay to pay for his return shipping label. When we got the return package and opened it, it was a used and beat up AR-15 stock valued at $0 and not the slide. Ebay sided with him and refunded him in full. Ebay always sides with the buyer even with outright fraud such as this. We have contacted authorities and the post office. Hopefully someone else will see this before doing business with him.
