Victor Palomo New Victory Marketing Website Designer and Marketer Scam Alexandria Virginia

Victor Palomo paid me to do a website for him.  After we agreed on terms I found out the Victor was taking money from clients and telling me that the client didnt want it.  Then after I paid to get the site done out of my own pocket I found that victor was lying to me and getting money from the client that was supposed to be paid to  me.  He is a middle man.  He gets jobs then hires designers to do the work for him.  I paid for a plugin and told him the site needed it.  He told me the client wouldnt pay for it.  I found out the client paid for it and he was pocketing the money. 

He is a scam artist.  He then pulled the money out of my accounts for the website I did and for other projects that had no relation to this because I told him I would not give up the website.  He then stated he was going to report fraud on my part because I wouldnt give up the site.  I wont give up the site because he took back the money and because he has been stealing money.  I do not recommend him or his business to anyone.  Be careful working with Victor Palomo.
