 Victoria receives "kick backs" from StereoD. Specifically William Sherak and Aaron Parry. Victoria awards all of Marvels 3D stereo work to StereoD. I am an employee. In returen William's father Tom (RIP) appoved Victoria into AMPS. William calls what he gives Victoria a "Perk Package". (When Victoria did not attend Tom's funeral, talk around the office was that she would no longer receive her "Perks" but that did not happen. Recently she affected all of the employees at StereoD, that were receiving Performance Bonuses. Our bonuses have been reducued, because Victoria insisted we lower our prices. She did not care about saving Marvel money, hell they are making 500mil plus on all the films we work on. She needed did this to show Marvel she deserved to receive Producers Credit on Films. Now Marvel is going to give her Executive Producers Credit begining onf Guardians of the Galaxy. We worked our rear ends off to deliver on time.. and we now have to get paid less....

She is a real piece of work. No one cares about her "Bonus Package" thats part of the biz.. Though it should not be at the expense of the liitle guys. They people putting in 15 hours a day on two continents!
